These Terms govern your use of BusinessCore (businesscore.work) (the "Service"), operated by Mawazo Technology. By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for all activity under your workspace, including the actions of staff you grant access to. Keep your credentials and the PINs you issue to staff confidential.
You retain ownership of the business data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data — including analysis by our Algo AI system to deliver insights to you — so we can provide the Service. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Business Core may offer a free plan and time-limited trials. Where paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you subscribe. Trial features may change.
We work to keep the Service available, including offline operation on your device, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (such as network or third-party outages) may affect availability.
Reports, forecasts, and analytics are provided for general guidance only and are not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own tax filings and statutory compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and Mawazo Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data. Keep your own backups of records you consider critical.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may request export of your data within a reasonable period.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
