Delete your Business Core POS account
You can permanently delete the account and its associated cloud data directly in the Android app.
Delete from the app
- Open Business Core POS and sign in to the owner account.
- Open the menu, then choose Settings.
- Under Security & account, choose Delete account and cloud data.
- Enter the account password, type DELETE, confirm the protected action with the device PIN, and finish deletion.
What is deleted
The Firebase Authentication account; automatic and manual cloud backups; business profile and settings; registered-device records; and owner-console organization data belonging to the account are deleted. The app also clears its local business workspace on that device. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, email us from the account email address. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
