The essentials.
Working together.

Business Core POS connects your counter, stockroom and books across the Android app, Windows companion preview and browser back office.

  • Expiry dates and reorder recommendations
  • CSV, image and PDF imports with a review step

Documents

Good paperwork. Without starting over.

  • Select multiple existing products and add them together
  • Save a draft, discard changes or continue editing when leaving unfinished work

  • Full and partial payments, statements and follow-ups
  • Credit limits, agreements, overdue accounts and recorded write-offs

Backup & sync

Keep working. Keep your records connected.

Work with local records when the connection drops. Automatic backup and sync are on by default for owner accounts; reconnect to upload changes and receive updates from other devices.

Read the backup & sync guide
  • Business details, products, sales, customer accounts and documents in Firebase
  • Same-account access across compatible app builds
  • Sync status, last successful sync and a manual backup action
  • Organization sync preferences controlled by the owner

Owner console

A back office for the whole business.

Use a browser to review synchronized sales, add or edit products, adjust stock and manage customer accounts. The console shares the records used by your app.

Read the owner console guide

  • Product editing, stock counts and customer payment records
  • Insights for sales, expenses, stock and outstanding balances
  • Finance desk with profit and loss, cash movement and balance sheet estimates

Read the stores & warehouse guide
  • Location stock counts within organization-wide inventory
  • Transfers and replenishment requests with approval
  • Store price overrides without changing old receipts
  • Sales and stock performance by location

Team & security

Give each device the access it needs.

Sign in with the same account on compatible devices and manage their detected names in the console. Assign roles and section permissions for your organization.

Read the team & security guide
  • Automatic device registration with recognizable device details
  • Daily PIN and separate admin access for restricted sections
  • Temporary suspension, removal and blocking of a registered device
  • Policy updates on reconnect; blocked devices sign out and clear local business data when the policy is received

Local first.
Connected when online.

Keep working with local app records when offline. Automatic backup and sync are on by default for owner accounts. Business details and records are saved in Firebase while connected.

Organization owners control their sync preference. Check the sync status before switching devices; cloud updates, account sign-in and the owner console need an internet connection.
