Manage your organization devices
Manage recognized devices and apply organization permissions from the owner console.
- Open the owner console and sign in with your existing Business Core account. Link Google to that same account if needed.
- Use the organization settings to review account setup and set a separate strong admin password.
- On each compatible phone, tablet or Windows computer, choose Already have an account and sign in with the same Business Core account.
- The detected device appears automatically in Team & access. Assign its role, permitted sections and location where enabled.
- Suspend a device temporarily, remove an old device, or block an unknown registered device. Read the confirmation because removal and blocking clear its local Business Core data when the device receives the policy.
