Use the Windows companion preview
An installed desktop companion with a larger checkout workspace and equipment settings.
- Contact Mawazo Technology for access to the Windows preview. Validate the preview with a test business before using it at a trading counter.
- Sign in with your existing account, set a PIN for the computer and confirm the restored business details and stock against your other devices.
- Use the collapsible sidebar to keep navigation visible and the bottom dock for checkout tools. Adjust Display size when using a large screen or TV.
- For a USB or Bluetooth keyboard-mode scanner, configure an Enter suffix and use Test scanner input. F2 focuses Till search and F8 opens checkout.
- In Hardware, select an installed compatible ESC/POS printer and test 58 or 80 mm output. Test a printer-connected cash drawer before enabling automatic opening for cash sales.
